Crafted on the prestigious Sauternes terroir at the confluence of Fargues, this sweet nectar originates from an exceptional 93-hectare vineyard planted on gravelly sandy-clay soils. The unique microclimate, influenced by the Garonne and Ciron rivers, promotes the development of noble rot, the very essence of great Sauternes.

The 2018 vintage is distinguished by particularly late harvests, beginning after October 20th. This patience enabled rigorous selection favoring Sauvignon Blanc, giving this wine a distinctive aromatic signature.

Nose: A delicate aromatic expression reveals notes of apricot and candied melon, enhanced by perfectly integrated barrel aging.

Color: Luminous gold with brilliant highlights.

Palate: The ethereal attack evolves toward beautiful amplitude that gradually fills the palate. Remarkable balance avoids any heaviness, offering a long finish of great precision.

Already harmonious, this Sauternes will reach its peak in approximately 5 years.
